  • 1/2 cupgram flour (besan)
  • 2brinjals (sliced vertically)
  • 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  • 2 teaspoonsoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredrice powder

Steps

method
  1. 1

    Rinse the brinjal slice it and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Add a little salt. ln, a bowl adds gram flour (besan) chili powder, salt, and rice powder to make a thick batter.

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil take a piece of brinjal and dip in batter and make a deep fry.

  4. 4

    Serve with mint chutney.
