Ingredients

  1. 250 glauki(cut in small size)
  2. 1 bowlchana dal
  3. 2onion, tomato, green chilli
  4. Halftsp turmeric powder
  5. To tastesalt
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  7. As neededwater and ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a grinder jar add onion, tomato,green chilli and grind it

  2. 2

    Take a cooker add ghee and grind paste and saute it

  3. 3

    Then add spices and Chana dal and lauki and saute it

  4. 4

    Then add water and whistles it 3-4

  5. 5

    Now serve it
