Bread pudding

In a bowl, take milk. Shred and soak the bread in the Milk for around 1 hour along with sugar.

Then add egg, custard powder, vanilla essence and nutmeg powder and dry fruits. Mix the batter properly.

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the batter into the baking dish and garnish with some dry fruits.

Bake the pudding in a preheated at 160° degrees for 30 mins or till done. You can also bake in a pressure cooker.

Once baked cool, slice and serve.
