Soak kodo for 1/2 hour, finely chop all vegtables

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, allow rai and cury leaves to crackle.. fry onion until thy become trasparent.

Add and mix turmeric, coriander and chilli powder.. add potatoes, capsicum, greenchilli, tomatoes, soaked kodo salt and water..give one whistle and allow it to cook for 7 minutes in low flame... mix lemon juice and serve..
