Steps

Take maida in a bowl, add 2 tsp oil, salt, mix well then add lukewarm in it & form parantha dough as shown.

Mix all the stuffing mixture well.

Prepare rotis/flat breads out of the dough then add the stuffing as shown & cover it with another roti. You need to close all the sides properly after stuffing is added all over the roti.

Each parantha will require two flat breads/ rotis, one above the stuffing & one below. Make all the paranthas in this way from the dough.

Heat oil and ghee in a pan, then fry the parantha properly from both sides.

And your yummy Stuffed Gosht parantha is ready to serve! Serve it hot.
