Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 scoopsvanilla
  • 4 shotsespresso, just made
  • 8Amaretti biscuits, crushed
  • as neededChocolate shavings,

Steps

  1. 1

    Chill the cups/bowls in the fridge for an hour.

  2. 2

    Divide the ice cream into 4 coffee cups or dessert bowls.

  3. 3

    Carefully pour a shot of espresso over each scoop.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with the amaretti and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
