First of all marinate qeema with yogurt,papita,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric,crushed red chilli,fried onion,tomato,cumin and coriander, and marinate for 6hours or over night,now smoked keema with koyala for 15mints.now heat ghee and butter and put qeema and cover for 40mint on low to medium flame.now cook for 10 mint until oil sepate.now garnish and serve.
