Ingredients

  1. Motton keema half kg
  2. Kadu 1kg(cut in small cubes)
  3. 2 tbspGinger garlic chopped
  4. Onion 2medium
  5. Tomato 1cup chopped
  6. 1 cupYogurt
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbspCrushed red chilli
  9. 2 tbspGreen chilli chopped
  10. 1 tbspHaldi
  11. 1 tbspCumin crushed
  12. 1 tbspCoriander crushed
  13. Oil half cup
  14. 1 tbspGaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab sa pahla keema ma adrak,lahsan,salt,paper,haldi,cumin and coriander dal ke galna ke lia rakh dean,after 30 mint add oil tomato and cook for 10 mint now add yogurt and kadu and cook now cover and cook until kadu cook ho jaya.then dry water add garam masala chooped green chilli and serve.
