Ingredients

4 to 5 persons
  • Bonless beef :1/2 k.g
  • 2 tea spoon:Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cupyogurt:
  • 1tea spoon: Green chilli paste
  • lemon: 1 peace
  • 1/2 tea spoonRed chilli flakes
  • 1 pinchTumeric powder:
  • 1 tea spoonCoriander powder:
  • Black paper: 1 /2 spoon
  • 3 tea spoonShan tikka boti masala:
  • salt as required
  • Egg: 2 peace
  • coal: 1 peace
  • 4 table spoonOil:

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate meat 1 hour with yogurt ginger garlic and chilli paste add lemon and all spices mentioned in above ingredients.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add 1 table spoon oil add all marination into pan and cook until beef is tender.

  3. 3

    Smoke with coal by using folic sheet and set aside for cool.

  4. 4

    Take a stick attach 4 or 5 peaces of boti without any gap.

  5. 5

    In a pan add remaining oil and fried the stick with egg till its colour will be golden and fried all stick.

  6. 6

    Ready to eat with raita.
