  • 1Banana
  • as per tasteSugar
  • as requiredWater (To make thick batter)
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • 1/4 tspEssence
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • To drizzleChocolate syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients including banana and make a thick batter.

    Keep oil on the stove for deep fry.

  3. 3

    After frying serve hot with a drizzle of choco sauce.
