Ingredients

60 minutes.
2-3 servings.
  • 1 kgmutton with bones(rib portion)
  • 3/4 cuponion paste
  • 1 table spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 table spoongaram masala powder
  • 1 tea spooncumin powder
  • 1 tea spoontea leaves paste
  • 2 table spoonginger paste
  • 1 table spooncurd
  • 1 table spoonmustard oil for marination
  • 2 table spoonfresh raw papaya paste
  • 1/2 cupmustard oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

60 minutes.
  1. 1

    Wash and drain mutton,take in a pan.Add ginger paste,tea leaves paste,salt,curd and mustard oil.Mix with hand.Leave for 30 minutes.

    Now add other spices and onion paste.Mix thoroughly

    Add papaya paste and mix well.Leave for10-15 minutes,depending on the quality of meat.Heat oil in a tawa,fry mutton on medium flame till golden brown.Fry mutto pieces in batches of 4-5 pieces.Serve with salad.
