Potato hash browns with fried eggs
Steps

Grate the potato and squeeze as much liquid out as possible. Mix together the potato, egg, paprika, salt and pepper

Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Once the pan is nice and hot spoon in the hash brown mixture. Fry for between 3 and 4 minutes until golden brown.

Add a little more oil to the pan and fry the eggs.
