Ingredients

  • 1 litermilk
  • 10chopped almonds
  • 10Chopped pistachio
  • 10Chopped cashews
  • 10raisins
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1.5 cupf roasted vermicelli

Steps

  1. 1

    Add milk in a pan and let it boil for half an hour.

  2. 2

    Now add roasted vermicelli in milk and let in boil.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and Chopped dry fruits and let it boil for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Your sheer khurma phirni is ready.
