Sieve your flour,add in sugar then yeast

Add in powdered milk,butter and egg

Mix well and pour water then make a dough

Rub some flour on a chopping board,place your dough and roll it. Use knife to cut it straight

Then roll it like this,then arrange it on a tray to rest for 30 to 40minutes

After 40minutes see how it double its size

Then fry in a hot oil till golden brown

Serve hot with black tea
