Ingredients

  1. For boti marianation
  2. 1pao beef boti
  3. 1 tbspbihari boti masala
  4. 1 tspgg paste
  5. 2 tspoil
  6. For parathas
  7. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspghee
  10. For chutny
  11. 1 tbsppapaya paste
  12. 1/2 bunchcoriander
  13. 1/2 bunchmint
  14. 3green chillies
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1/2 cupimli pulp
  17. For raita
  18. 1 cupyougurt
  19. 2 tspblended green chutny masala

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate beef botis with all above ingrediants left for 2 hours or more

    Than take a pan add oil abd fry botis with splash of water when it fully cooked give coal smoke make chutny and raita by blended all things with turn by turn

  3. 3

    Than make parathas spread chutni raita put boti and onion ring again put chutni and raita and roll on butter paper enjoy it
