Ingredients

  • 250 gmchicken mince
  • 2 tbspsSpring onion
  • 1 tbspnCoriander
  • 2-3 clovesGarlic
  • 1medium Onion
  • 2Green chilli
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything in chicken mince. Now make small tikkis.

    Heat the pan. Put some oil. Now add tikki in the pan. Fry them both side for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Garnish with some onions, ginger and lemon.
