Bún chả - Air Fryer

This was my first time making it—the knife was dull, and I'm not used to slicing meat, so it turned out a bit messy. I'll do better next time. Still, it was tasty and quick. If you have time, try warming the dipping sauce and adding the meat before serving with noodles and herbs.

Steps
- 1
Slice the pork belly thinly and marinate with BBQ sauce for 30 minutes. Mix the ground pork with a little fish sauce, lemongrass, BBQ sauce, and chopped green onions, then form into meatballs. Wash the fresh herbs thoroughly.
- 2
Place the meatballs in the air fryer. First cook at 356°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. Then cook again at 392°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Place the pork belly slices in the air fryer and cook at 338°F (170°C) for 8 minutes.
- 3
For the dipping sauce, mix in a ratio of 1:1:1:3 (1 part vinegar, 1 part sugar, 1 part fish sauce, 3 parts water—use a small bowl for measuring). Add thinly sliced carrot, minced garlic, and ground black pepper.
