Chickpeas peanuts spinach fritters with crispy chickpeas

Firstly add chickpeas and peanuts in the grinder and make a smooth paste then add cornstarch,baking soda in to it and grind it again.Sorry not to add besan ingredient in the pic.

On the other hand for spices take all the whole spices including salt and turmeric in to the mortar and make a coarse powder of it.

Now take the paste in to the bowl and mix all the spice powder in to it along with onion and chopped spinach too.Add besan here and mix it well.

Now take a wok and add oil.Heat the oil on high flame.Now with the help of spoon or hands put small balls of paste in to the oil on the medium flame.And cook it till golden colour.

Now for crispy chickpeas. Take the boiled chickpeas and dried it well on the tissue paper.Now take the wok and add oil.Heat the oil on high flame and now add boiled chickpeas.Cook it till golden colour.Then sprinkle little salt,redchilly,chat masala on it and serve it with fritters.I create crispy chickpeas in to the cute lady's curly hair with cheese as her ear pods.Thanx.
