A healthy and tasty appetizer made with just 2 main ingredients SPRING ONION AND TOMATO. Check this out!

Steps

Cut tomatoes like this that it's skin can be peeled off.

Blanch for 5-7 minutes.

Now take a pan, put some butter into it. Now add the ginger garlic paste and then add chopped onions.

Saute till it turns somehow golden. Transfer all this and blanched tomatoes to a blender jar.

Puree it to a smooth paste. And then sieve it through a strainer.

Add some water as required according to the consistency.

Now add the salt, pepper, chopped coriander, soy sauce and some more butter.

Let it boil for a minute or two. And then serve it hot garnished with the spring onion greens.
