Blanch the spinach. And make puree.

Now take flour in a bowl add spinach puree and salt. Mix it and Knead a dough. Cover it and keep aside for 20 min.

Now heat oil in a pan. Add grated ginger. Saute it for 30 sec. Now add carrot and corn. Saute it 2min.

Now add grated paneer. Mix well. Cook 1 min. Now add green onion. Mix it well again cook for min. Now add spices. Mix well.

Lastly add cheese. Mix it. Off the flame.

Now take a small ball from dough, roll it with the help of rolling pin. Now put the filling and cover it like momos. Make all like it.

Heat water in a pan put steam it. Grease it. Now put all momos in it. And steam it for 20 -25min.

Our spinach cheese momos are ready. Serve it with your favourite chutney or sauce.
