Firstly take a bowl,soak soya chunks in water for 15 minutes after that squeeze and drain extra water.

Than Theth take another bowl add soya chunks,all chopped veg mix it.Now add cornflour powder, Palak puree, besan, green chilli, ginger garlic paste.Mix it well.Keep it to rest for 2 minutes.

Now add salt, black pepper powder, cheese, coriander leaves,mix it well with help of hand,now make a kabab with this mixture.

Than heat oil,when oil is hot fry kababs on medium flame until golden colour, ready to serve.
