Ingredients

25 minutes
  1. 200 gramsSeedless Khajur
  2. 6-7Kaju - crushed
  3. 50 gramsroasted badam dana - crushed
  4. 4 spoonsRoasted suji
  5. 14-15Kismis
  6. 2 spoonsghee

Cooking Instructions

    Grind seedless Khajur in grinder and keep aside.

    Heat ghee in a pan and mix grinded khajur. Saute nice till it becomes soft. Now add all dry fruits & roasted suji and mix well.

    Take modak mould and fill the sauted khajur and dry fruits nicely. Close the mould perfectly.

    Now open the mould, take out modak. Sprinkle roasted suji over modak. Beautiful and delicious Modak is ready.
