Steps

Peel the avacados and put in the bowl. (don't smush until later)

Add crushed garlic, tomatoes, red onion, coriander, pepper, into the bowl.

Add lime juice and spices.

Smush with potato smusher or fork until its combined but still chunky.
- 5
Add salsa, hot sauce and sour cream and keep smushing and mixing until guacamole, make sure it doesn't turn into a paste.
