Pazham Nirachathu – Banana with sweet coconut filling

In a bowl, add the grated coconut, sugar, cardamom powder, chopped cashews, pista and raisins.

Combine everything well.

Make a slit in the banana vertically, make sure that it does not part the banana into two pieces.

Stuff the banana with coconut mixture.

In pan, heat the ghee and place the stuffed banana.

Shallow fry the bananas till it becomes golden brown.
- 7
Cut this into small pieces or serve as such.
