Steps

Bring an adequate amount of water on a burning flame to boiling temperature. Add a pinch of salt to the boil water.

Reduce the flame a bit and pure the semovita powder gradually and along side stirring to avoid clumps. Bring it to your desired thickness. Sprinkle a small amount of water on it and cover it up on the low flame cooker for few minutes to steam up.

Package in your desired means or most preferably white clean nylon and store in clean warmer. Your delicious semovita swallow is ready for consumption. Can be taken with egusi, okra, baobab leave soup or any drawing soup of interest.
