Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Leave pancake batter to rest for at least 15 min. Pan on low heat, use cooking oil spray spray on your pan. Use a clean brush to spread all the oil all over.

Pour some pancake mixture on the pan.

Wait until one side cooked then turn over

Put some dairy free butter on top if you prefer, add any preferred fruits. I use blackberry, grape and orange. Drizzle with a little bit of honey 🍯
