Cut the eggplant into cubes and soak them in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes to remove bitterness.

Cut the bacon into strips and cook them in the pan until slightly done.

Chop the onion, garlic, and tomatoes and add them to the pan to sauté.

Add the chorizo, and when it's halfway cooked, add the eggplant and let it cook for about 8 minutes.

When the eggplant is cooked, transfer it to a blender and blend until smooth!
