Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.boil to tender.

Remove coconut milk from the grated coconut by blending the coconut with 1 cup warm water and then sieve it.

Take a sufuria, put oil in it,put the raw mango and mix well.add In the tui(coconut milk) and add in the potatoes, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well.add in the chillies.taste salt.cook for 5 minutes,mixing after every 2 minutes.serve hot with crisps
