Vegan Rose shaped Dumplings with Homemade Chilli Oil

#gobblestars #techniqueweek
They are filled with tofu, cabbages, carrots and then rolled up to resemble a beautiful rose! These dumplings are crazy tasty and so lovely to look at.
I decided to make some homemade wrappers with two different colours and used beetroot extract to play with the colours.
Making the homemade dumpling wrappers were a lot of fun but definitely a time consuming.
The dumplings tasted damn good and were chewy and addition with chilli oil was heaven though!
