Wash & soak both Dal overnigh

Remove water & grind both Dal till smooth paste.

Put batter in big bowl & beat for about five minutes till light.

Add ginger paste, salt, baking soda & chopped green chilli.

Take small bowl.fill them half with batter.

Heat pot filled with water. Keep stainer on pot

On stainer keep batter filled bowl

Steam the filled bowl. About 10-15 mnts.

Remove. Keep aside

To make sweet chutney. Soak tamarind.

Make pulp of it.

Heat pot. put tamarind & jaggery. Mix and cook till smooth paste.

In one plate arrange the vada.

Pour dahi on vada.cover vada with dahi.

Put sweet chutney red chilli powder chat masala powder.

Dahi Vada are ready
serve cold.
