A quick, easy, and tasty dish to whip up for dinner! You can make this stir-fry with chicken, shrimp, or even tofu! You can also add a handful of cashews or almonds, and add or use green beans or snow peas instead of broccoli.

A quick, easy, and tasty dish to whip up for dinner! You can make this stir-fry with chicken, shrimp, or even tofu! You can also add a handful of cashews or almonds, and add or use green beans or snow peas instead of broccoli.

Ingredients

15-20 mins.
3-4 servings
  1. 3 clovesminced garlic
  2. 1 teaspoongrated ginger
  3. 1 tablespoonbutter
  4. 1broccoli head cut into bite-sized florets
  5. 200 gcanned tuna flakes
  6. 200 gsliced mushroom
  7. Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch to thicken the sauce

Cooking Instructions

15-20 mins.

    Melt butter and add garlic and ginger cook until garlic becomes light golden brown.

    On high heat, add mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tuna and cook for another 2-3 minutes (If replacing with chicken make sure to cook thoroughly). Make sure to stir briskly to avoid burning.

    Add oyster sauce and water (optional: with cornstach) and let simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce. Add cut broccoli, season with salt and pepper and let it cook for 3 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
