I was looking for a delicious way to enjoy a bunch of broccoli, and I came up with this!

Better to use broccoli that's still firm and not too boiled.

I was looking for a delicious way to enjoy a bunch of broccoli, and I came up with this!

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bunchBroccoli
  2. 5 sliceBacon
  3. 1 cloveGarlic
  4. 1generous amount Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  5. 1Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Add a pinch of salt to a pot of boiling water. Cut the broccoli into small florets and boil for 40 seconds to a minute! * Do not over boil and drain in a sieve.

    Finely chop the bacon and garlic.

  3. 3

    Pour a generous amount of oil into a pan and fry the bacon until it is brown and crispy. Add the garlic.

  4. 4

    When the garlic is fragrant, add the broccoli. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Allow the flavours to blend and it's done!
