Ingredients

1tofu cutlet or extra firm tofu ,cut into cubes
1 cupsliced oyster mushroom
2 tbspmarsala wine
1red chili, sliced
1 springrosemary
to tastesalt
Oil

Steps

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add tofu and fry till golden brown and add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for 3 mins and add marsala wine, red chili and rosemary.

Simmer on low heat for few mins and add salt accordingly.

Enjoy with any salad
