Ingredients

  • 2 cupRice soaked
  • 1 cupMatar
  • 1 cupOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Onion chopped 1 big
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • 4Green chilli
  • 2 cubePotatoes
  • 1 tbspRed chilli flakes
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspBlack pepper corn
  • Cinanmmon stick 2

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add chopped onion and fry them. Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, whole spices, salt, haldi, red chilli flakes and bhunify well.

  2. 2

    Now add potatoes, peas chicken cube and some water to cook, now add soaked rice, cook on high flame for about 10 mins.
