In Chinese philosophy YIN YANG means dualism. I used to eat this kind of Noodles when I was in Malaysia. Whoever comes from Malaysia, I told them brought me these types of Noodles. Duo means 2, we use two kind of Noodles 🍝 Mee Hon and other one is Yee Mee. Mee means Noodles in Chinese

Cut all the vegetables and keep aside

Take Mee Hon (Rice Vermicelli) put in the hot oil, it puffs, turns from white to yellow. And take it out.

Take 2 pieces of breast chicken and make chicken stock by putting salt, pepper and soya sauce.

Take Yee Mer and put it in chicken stock

While boiling put all vegetables

Add whipped egg slowly and it done.

Pour soup with chicken and vegetables In bowl. Serve hot with crunchy Mee Hon.
