Heat the frying pan take some desi ghee then add cumin, green chilli, ginger tempered it now add chopped onion stir it 5 mins.

Now add chopped tomatoes red chilli powder, turmeric powder, half tbsp gram masala mix well cook for 5 mins on lower flame

Now add green peas stir it and cook for 3 to 5 mins then add rinsed chuda(poha), lemon juice, coriander leaf, salt as per taste mix properly.

Now your dish ready to serve.
