Veg vermicelli
Steps

First we roast vermicelli in pan with little ghee then keep aside, now pour oil for tempering, add mustard and cumin,hing.

Add chopped onion stir few mints, add all chopped vegetables and stir, add 2 cups water, bring to boil.

Now add roasted vermicelli and cover pan for cooking time ready to serve.
