Ingredients

  • 1 cupSamp
  • 1 cupBeans
  • Cheese
  • Onions
  • Peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash 1 cup beans and 1 cup samp

    Boil for at least 2 hours or until both beans and samp are soft

  3. 3

    Sprinkle grated cheese, onions, peppers and beef cubes

  4. 4

    Bake for 25 mins at 180 degrees

  5. 5

    Remove from oven and let it cool

  6. 6

    Garnish with spring onions

  7. 7
