Boil and grate potato, Add chilli flex oregano pepper powder salt grated garlic finely chopped carrot spring onion green part par boiled peas capsicum grated process cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mix well and prepare ball like a dough.

Now make a small balls from dough. Make a fresh bread crumbs in a mixie jar.coat balls in a fresh bread crumbs. (Here you can store also for 15-20 days)

Take a bowl mix maida and cornflour add salt and water mix well and make thick batter.coat all balls with batter again coat with fresh bread crumbs and fry on high flame. Now make slow flame and fry till golden colour. Garnish with cheese and ketchup. Serve with cabbage Salad. Attach in a tooth pick.Yummy tasty cheese balls is ready to serve. Serve hot.
