Wash clean and mutton thoroughly. Add the mutton to the cooker, Then add ginger garlic paste, onion bay leaves and pinch turmeric along with red chilli and salt.

Add some water.

Add whole cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.

Add pure ghee as required and cook in cooker for 2 to3 minutes, give a good stir.

Now add black pepper powder (this is black pepper mutton) as per taste. Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves.
