Easy Tuna Mayo Puff

I love baking these small puffs. They taste great, they are super easy to make and people are easily awed by them..coz they look complicated. You can get creative with the filling..change to pot pie inspired filling, blueberry filling, kaya..whatever to you fancy. Happy baking!

Steps
- 1
Drain the oil from tuna. Add in mayo, diced onions and flavour with salt and pepper.
- 2
I made these for a party, so decided to make them into cute finger foods. You can just use the sheet as it is. I cut mine into 2. Fill 1 tsp of the tuna mayo filling. Brush on some egg around the edges and push the edges together with a fork all around.
- 3
Arrange in a tray and brush on more egg on top for that nice golden finish in the end. Bake for 40 min in a 180deg Cel oven.
