Steps

First boil motton with salt.boil 80%.

Heat oil in a pan add slice onion when light golden add ginger,garlic,green chilli paste and cook for 2minute now add all spices (not cumin) and tomato and cook for 3minute.

Now add motton and yogurt and cook for 5minute add tenda and again cook for 5 minute.

Now add water and cover for 10minute.

When water dry and tenda done add crushed cumin and green coriander and serve.

I love it it's very healthy and quick.
