Put a spoon of turmeric and a pinch of salt in the curd and mix it well.
Dip the cheese cubes in the curd.
Now, coat the cheese cubes with corn flour and place the cubes on a plate.
Now, pour some refined oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame.
Now, put the cheese cube in the hot oil and deep-fry it till the cubes becomes golden brown and then take it out of the pan on a plate.
Now, pour some more oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame. - 2
Put garam masala in the heated oil and fry it until it’s aroma gets mixed into the oil and then take the masala out of the pan.
Put onion, garlic, tomato, cashew, almond, green chili all at once in the pan and mix it all for 4-5 minutes until all the spices gets soft and well fried.
Now, take the mix out of the pan and place it in a bowl to cool down completely.
Now, grind the mix in the grinder.
Now, again pour some oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame. - 3
Now, add the paste that you have prepared in the pan.
Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt and stir it well until the oil gets separated.
Now, add fenugreek/methi in the pan.
Add fried cheese cubes in the pan and mix all the ingredients well.
Your delicious Paneer Lahori is ready to give you a whole new experience of taste. Enjoy it.
