  • 500 gmfresh young plums
  • 1 kgrock sugar
  • 1 liter35% liquor

    Use a big jar. Fill up with plums and rock sugar then pour in the liquor.

    Ready in 12 months. Keep in a dark place. The best is 20° tempreture.
