Ingredients

2 cupsflour
1 tspbaking powder
1butter (simas)
6eggs
1 tspvanilla flavour
1 cupsugar
1 cupmilk

Steps

First sieve the flour into a bowl add baking powder and set aside, get another bowl add butter and sugar and mix well until the two are combined. The mixture will be soft and fluffy

Add eggs bit by bit to the mixture, add flavour.Add the dry ingredients in 3 portions together with the milk and beat DO NOT OVER MIX

Pre-heat the oven get cupcakes pan put the cupcakes liners and pour your mixture to 3/4 of the pan and bake on 180°. Place a tooth pick in the middle of the cake if it comes out clean then your cake is done
