Soak the moong dal for 8-10 hours. Then kept in wet cloth for 1-2 days. Then Sprouts grow as shown in pic

Now grind the sprouts in grinder add salt and green chilli and little water only needed to grind easily

After that add finely chopped onion, (red chilli powder as per taste).

Heat the tawa on high flame and grease with oil. Then spread the better on it (size as needed)and cook it on medium to low flame.

Chilla is. Ready to serve, you can serve with curd, ketchup or schezwan chutney as per taste.
