Steps

Slice the potatoes wash and set aside. In a pan fry the potatoes and set aside on kitchen towel to drip

Chop the onions, tomatoes, coriander and capsicum and set aside.

In a pan put oil, salt and fry the garlic and onions till golden grown, add all the spices named above to your liking and mix well. Add tomatoes and let it cook till pasty.

Add soy sauce and dhana jeera to the mix and let it simmer. Add the fried chips and mix gently to avoid breakage of potatoes.

Serve with kachumbari,chicken, sausages, kebab,samosae.t.c
