Charred Green Chile Salsa
A spicy salsa made with only green chiles.
Steps
- 1
Place the chiles, garlic cloves, and onion in a hot skillet without oil. Cook until they are charred on both sides.
- 2
Once the chiles, garlic, and onion are charred, remove them from the skillet and transfer to a blender. Add a little water—just enough to blend, but not too much or the salsa will be too thin. Blend for about 10 seconds.
- 3
Pour into a bowl and add salt to taste, a little at a time. Add more water if needed, but keep the salsa thick. Enjoy your deliciously spicy salsa!
