Steps

Wash banana, peel it, bow again wash it, take a kitchen goel keep banana for 5 minute.

Cut banana in to small pieces.

Now take a pan, heat oil raste the peanut on low flame.

Take another pan, heatboil add curry leaves, when it crackle, add banana pieces roast it.

Add green coriander, all spices mix well,add roasted peanut, cover with lid and cook it until soft.

U can add turmeric at the time of non fasting, but in fasting time u avoid turmeric powder, ready to eat yummy banana peanut fry.
