Cook toor dal with water till soft and cooked well, drain the water after the dal is completely cooked.

Mix jaggery,coconut cardamom powder to the drained dal and mix well for 5-8 mins and keep aside.

After the dal mixture is completely cooled, grind the mixture to a smooth paste.

For the dough, mix maida, turmeric and salt with water and form a dough.

Take small portion of dough and fill it with the dal mixture and spread it on a cover and cook on the tava both the sides.

Serve it with ghee.
